The DH-SVR2 combines a tip dresser and tip changer in one compact unit and offers excellent performance data for fast machining of electrode tips.

The reliable and flexible plug & play KIKK-EL ensures extremely fast and safe tip changes in approximately 25 seconds.
- Easy teaching.
- Corresponds to Φ13, Φ16, Φ19, Φ20 cap tips.
- Detects when cap tips need to be refilled with proximate sensor (Optional).
- Limit switch can detect exchange error (Optional).
- Tip changers keep operators out of the weld cell.
- Operators are not sing sharp tool and wrenching on the gun arm to remove caps.

The XCD is a combination automatic tip dresser and changer with a 3-phase AC motor which provides high speed and power. It has the highest removable force among all Kyokutoh products.
- Available for both dressing / changing with a single motor.
- Cylinder brake is attached on removal unit and used to enhance removal strength.
- Powered by compact 3-phase AC motor which has high power and high speed.
- Compact design for both ATD / ATC by mounting the motor vertically.
